WELL 202 Ultimate Frisbee
The purpose of this course is to engage in intermittent rigorous cardiovascular exercise while learning the fundamentals of the game, Ultimate Frisbee. This course will be structured to address varying levels of ability and fitness. We will focus on the history and development of Ultimate Frisbee rules and strategies for team competition. Field drills and exercises will be integrated throughout the course to develop proper execution of all skills and techniques of the game. Above all, this course is about exercise and improving health.
