Presidential Election Day

Presidential Election Year PTO Policy

During presidential election years, the campus will operate on a two-hour delay, with operations beginning at 10:00 am.

Essential Employee Guidelines:
Essential employees—those whose roles are critical to maintaining campus operations—may be required to report prior to 10:00 am. Supervisors will coordinate with these employees to determine if early coverage is necessary.

If essential employees are required to work before 10:00 am, they may take their two hours of election delay time later in the day, as approved by their supervisor.
