Position Adjustments

If there is a need to increase or decrease hours per week, change WLS Level or position code, or to change the designated supervisor of a student, the Labor adjustment form should be used. Changes to WLS level or position code must be made prior to the “last day to change a labor position” deadline. This deadline occurs 7 days after the first day of courses. Changes to hours can be made at any point in the term. Any position adjustments should be made as quickly as possible. All position changes must be made by adjusting the existing form in the supervisor portal of the status form site. This form is found at lsf.berea.edu
